With over 17 years experience as a social worker, chemical dependency counselor and trained mediator, I support, mentor, and provide direction to individuals, families, groups, and Christian organizations as they discover options and strategies to further understand and live out the abundant life Christ wishes for them.
Supporting the work of pastors, leaders, and members of the Christian business community, GRIP offers team building retreats (on-site and off-site), continuing education, leadership development programs and personal consultations to promote future growth.
GRIP seminars and workshops integrate sound psychological principles with biblical
truth which provide practical tools to help people deal with complicated issues such
as interpersonal skills, conflict management, communication, spiritual mentoring
